West Union Church and School

The West Union Church of Christ and the West Union one-room School (or Lyman School) were located about 100 yards apart. This photo was taken while both buildings were still standing. The West Union School can be seen in the background to the right of the church. The writing on the bottom of the pictures reads as follows:

The date appears to be: Sept 6 1914

ONE OF THE LARGE CRWDS, DURING THE MEETING HELD BY

REV. C.H. MORIN WITH THE BRETHREN OF THE CHURCH OF

CHRIST AT WEST UNION, O. 22 WAS ADDED TO THE CHURH.

LET HIS GOOD WORK OF THE LORD BE NOT FORGOTTON.
