PARSONAGE OF THE ST. PETER'S GERMAN EVANGELICAL PROTESTANT (LUTHERAN) CHURCH AT LEWISVILLE, OHIO

View 1 -- Parsonage of the German Evangelical Protestant Lutheran Church

This photo of the parsonage of the St. Peter's German Evangelical Protestant (Lutheran) Church of Lewisville, Ohio was taken in December 2002. It is one of the few brick houses in Lewisville, OH. The church ceased to function in the mid-1900s largely because the aging congregation was unable to support it. St. Peters of Lewisville joined two other churches in similar circumstances and in September of 1962, consolidated to form the Trinity United Church of Christ. Eventually, the church and parsonage buildings were sold and pressed into other services. The church has become an automotive garage and tire shop. This parsonage has become a private home.
