W. E. Randall
was the proprietor of the Keystone Liquor Store in Woodsfield. He was also co-proprietor and operator of
the Randall & Whitlock s saloon, better known as Randall s Corner. From his Keystone Liquor Store he sold a
wide variety of liquors at retail and wholesale prices. Mr. Randall was a native of Pennsylvania who
came to Woodsfield about 1896 in the oil business.
