This is a photo of the Thomas Mills VanWey family. It was probably taken about 1904 (an estimate based on guesses of the age of some of the children). The father, Thomas Mills VanWey (15 Oct 1842 - 16 Aug 1916) was born in Guernsey County, Ohio. The mother was Mary Ann Miller VanWey (15 Mar 1845 - 6 Feb 1923). Mary Ann Miller VanWey s parents were Fred Miller and Susan Dunlap Miller. Thomas and Mary Ann Miller were married on 8 Jun 1862 in Washington County, Ohio. Their ten children were: William Robert (1877-1958), Isaac J. (1862-), Rebecca J. (1865-), Amanda Belle (1866-1945), Frederick Henderson (1870-1957), John Thomas (1873-1934), Ida M (1874-), Jesse Dennis (1883-), Minnie, and Katherine (1889-1980).
