Schoonover Brothers From left to right: Daniel Schoonover, Jesse Schoonover, and unidentified, although unidentified could possibly be a third brother John Schoonover. Daniel Schoonover enrolled 4 Aug 1862 at New Martinsville, WV as a private in Company C, 15th Regiment of the West Virginia Volunteers commanded by Captain John McCaskey. Daniel Schoonover was discharged 14 Jun 1865 at Richmond, VA.
