While I was growing up, I spent a lot of time at the home of my Uncle Don and Aunt Esther. They only lived a couple miles away and their son Donnie was my best friend. I still often make Aunt Esther's Texas Sheet Cake. Cocoa is used in the recipe, and nuts are put on top of chocolate frosting. Her granddaughters thought it was Texas Sheep Cake, and that the nuts on the top were supposed to be the sheep.
