In the MONROE COUNTY, OHIO CEMETERY INSCRIPTIONS: BENTON AND WASHINGTON TOWNSHIPS book published by the Monroe County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society her tombstone shows Neva W. as the d/o D.J. & A. H. Kinkade. The transcriber that listed the information on the Ohio Death Index that was used on line (<http://www.ohiohistory.org/dindex/index.cfm>) to get the certificate number gave her name as Thelma.
