She did housework. She was born in Washington Co., Ohio, the daughter of John McCoy from Pa. and Mary Scott from Pa. Mrs. R.G. Hughes of Eureka, W Va. was the informant. [Sarah had a daughter Sadie who was married to Robert Hughes.] Dr. E. W. LeFever signed that she died Sept 15, 1923, from intersusception of the bowels from which she had been suffering for seven days. She was buried in Beech Grove cemetery in Marietta, Ohio, on Sept. 18th, 1920.
