[Her son was also part of the Meek & Herlan undertakers of Summerfield that are listed on this certificate.] Sarah Ann died in the Village of Summerfield on Apr. 7, 1916, from chronic intestinal nephritis; duration, one year. The contributory cause was listed as arterio sclerosis which she had for a year as well. The certifying physician was Geo. L. Nemstein or Wemstein [sic?] She was buried April 9th, 1916 at Summerfield, Ohio.
