Death certificate #37067 shows that George Washington Kenney died in Newport Twp. of Washington, Co, OH, on June 17, 1914, at the age of 86 years, 9 months, 25 days. He was a widower and a farmer who was born Aug. 22, 1833 to George Kenny of Ireland and "Don't know" of Scotland. The informant was Mrs. Adaline Campbell. Dr. A. N. Cisler [name difficult to read] said the cause of death was hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage; duration, 63 days. He was buried at Beach Grove Cemetery in Marietta, Ohio, June 19, 1914.
