Death certificate #885 or #995 [difficult to read] is for Elisabeth M. Kinney who died in Washington Twp., of Monroe County, Ohio, on Dec. 30, 1934, having lived 89 years, 1 month, and 28 days. She was a housekeeper. She was born Nov. 3, 1845, to Thomas B. Morris of Harrisburg, Penn., and Jane Mann of Jannette, Penn. The informant appears to be Foster Kinney of Graysville, Ohio, although it is likely that this really is her son Forrest. Dr. Jack F. Smythe said the principal cause of death was FRACTURE: COMPLETE LEFT FEMUR which occurred Dec. 27, 1934. Contributory causes were shock and [..... changes]. She was buried Jan. 1, 1935, in Graysville, Ohio.
