Unknown Subjects Possibly a School or Church

Here is what appears to be a school picture.   One guess is that it may have been taken at Antioch High School or at a church building.   On the photo above the man with the tie and vest has been written the name John L.   Could this be John Lallathin?  Can anyone recognize the site or any of the subjects?  It also looks like a bicycle wheel at the bottom left.
