Charles O.
Little was the Sheriff of Monroe County having succeeded E. D. Taylor on
January 1, 1906. Sheriff Little was
born and raised in Monroe County and was for 15 years the Marshall of
Woodsfield. He was the son of Thomas O.
Little the former sheriff for four years and deputy for four years.
